The format of supply can be as important as the product itself and to ensure we meet each clients requirements, SRS Products Ltd are able to supply as individual piece parts, bulk packed parts, kit of parts and assemblies.

All methods of supply are controlled through our sales order and manufacture processing system which holds up to date information giving instructions on how each order is required to be packed and delivered.

Piece parts and kits of parts can be skin packed on to heavy duty card beneath a durable clear film so that they are protected during transit, incoming inspection can visually check that the correct part has been supplied without un-packing, the parts can then be passed on for processing.

Final product assembly can be time consuming when space, resource and expertise are not available. SRS Products Ltd are building client assemblies on a regular basis, we have allocated a clean and efficient area with experienced staff equipped with the right tools to carry out the work.

The final build can include anything from the basic mechanical assembly up to a higher level of build which can include, power supply, backplane, fans, connectors, wiring and any other associated part. The assembly check list includes checking printed circuit board and backplane alignment, powering up, air flow direction, continuity testing and any other check specified.

Final external packaging can be specified so that the same carton is used all the way through from SRS Products Ltd to their Customer and on to its final destination. The carton can be branded with the Customer logo if required. This provides the same level of protection all the way through its journey, minimises waste and will reduce the overall product life packaging cost.
