SRS Products Ltd recognise that significant investment is required to achieve the highest levels of quality both in terms of the finished product and service we provide to our customers. We invest heavily in the latest equipment and machinery, we have a program of continual development for our dedicated team and are constantly reviewing processes and procedures to ensure we consistently delivery product of the highest quality.

Using CAD drawings supplied by our clients or from our own designs, our CAD / CAM system quickly converts drawings into CNC programmes ready to be processed on our range of punching, high speed machining and cutting, bending, tapping, assembly, inspection and special purpose machines.

The methods developed for each piece part ensures maximum material utilisation therefore minimising waste. Our production team are trained to inspect at every stage of manufacture and to ensure the product is handled to prevent damage during and in between process steps, additional processes  remove burrs and machining marks.
